Mondays
* NEW!!! Para-fit, 7pm-8pm. From May 9. Get fit with this new exercise class for adults.
Tuesdays
* Adults’ arts and crafts club, 11am-12pm. From May 10.
Learn new crafts such as candle and jewellery making and meet others – includes a healthy lunch. Request a registration form to reserve a place (please follow booking directions above).

*NEW!!! Knit to Release Knots, 12.30pm-2/30pm. From May 10. New knit/crochet group for all skill levels. Come along, relax and help get rid of those knots!
Wednesdays
* Afternoon Tea and bingo, 12pm-2.30pm. From May 11.
Make new friends over sandwiches, cakes, and tea/coffee. There is also a game of bingo at the end for those who fancy it. The event is free – just bring a smile and a winning dabber!

* Chair Based Exercise, 6pm-7pm. Open to all ages. Pop along, relax, and promote health.

Thursdays
*NEW!!! Mindful Parents and Tots, 9.30am-11am. From May 12.
New group for parents/ guardians of young children.
Fridays
* Kidz Club, 6pm-7pm. At Stalmine Road gardens if weather permits otherwise at St Nathanael’s Church.
Activities include Mini Disco Litter Pickers, BBQ & crafts, Outdoor Fun, and Treasure Hunt and Nature.
* Parent and Child Football Training, 8pm-9pm.
Former professional footballer Steve Spence leads sessions at the Activity For All centre, Maguire Avenue, Bootle. For ages 4-15 years.
A football registration form needs to be completed prior to attending (please follow booking directions above).

* Family Prize Bingo (Friday May 27 only), 6pm-8pm. Doors open 5.30pm. £5 for adults and children 50p per ticket. No need to book.
